📍 Brighton, East Sussex (office-based, regular weekly attendance)
⏰ Minimum 40 hours per week (8 hours per day, Monday–Friday)

Key Responsibilities
  • Own and convert warm inbound enquiries from qualified prospects

  • Deliver tailored, professional consultations to premium clients

  • Build trusted, long-term client relationships

  • Generate additional opportunities through referrals and strategic follow-up

  • Manage the full sales process end-to-end with a high level of autonomy

  • Work closely with the Founder/Director, contributing insights to sales strategy

About You
  • Demonstrable experience closing high-value or consultative sales is essential

  • Comfortable working with affluent, discerning clients

  • Able to manage full-cycle sales conversations and close high-value opportunities independently

  • Background in luxury, high-value, or consultative sales preferred

  • Confident, credible, and commercially minded

  • Strong communicator with the ability to guide high-value clients to close

  • Based in Brighton and comfortable working from the office regularly
