About the Role
At Wildhut, we lovingly craft luxury outdoor saunas to set new standards in comfort,
sustainability and luxury. Everything we build lives outdoors, surrounded by nature, made with
care, and designed to last. We’re looking for carpenters of all experience levels to become part
of our installation team, helping bring our saunas to life across the UK.

Key Responsibilities

Assemble, install and finish high end saunas at customer sites

Work with wood, metal, and glass components to install our saunas

Follow constructions drawings

Facilitate the delivery of fully assembled saunas

Work with joinery techniques and tools to deliver high-quality installations

Maintain the Wildhut tool kit

Ensure each Sauna feels beautiful, robust and true to the Wildhut standard

Work safely and efficiently in outdoor conditions

Facilitate the recycling and disposal of packaging materials

Collaborate with the team to continuously improve installation process.
About You
Whether you’re an experienced carpenter or someone with practical building skills and a
passion for craft, we want to hear from you. You’ll be someone who:

Loves working with timber and tools

Learns quickly on the job and cares about how things fit and feel

Has a full driving licence

Is polite and professional around clients and team members

Shows initiative and problem-solving when the unexpected arises

Values teamwork, reliability, and a job done properly
Experience levels can vary: from senior carpentry to apprentice/assistant roles, we’ll be happy
to hear from you as long as you’re eager to grow with the team.
